I’ve seen that many children today do not know how to breathe properly. In fact, if we teach our kids the understanding about breathing and the proper breathing techniques, many diseases such as asthma, bronchitis can be reduced or avoided.
Another problem that contributes to a distorted breathing pattern is poor postures and a lack of strength in spinal structure when performing daily activities such as sitting, standing, walking or running. This can lead common aches, poor concentration, dullness and lethargy.
