
A one day workshop designed for anyone who suffers from chronic or debilitating illness, stress or anxiety.
It encourages participants to find a path to healing on a deeper level. Although we think of healing as getting better physically, healing also occurs on a deeper level such as healing our fear and emotional turmoil. This in turn will benefit us on a physical level.
