In this workshop we’ll look beyond the roles we play in our lives and rediscover who we really are and the joy of being.

We take a reflective look at our life – where we’ve been – where we’d like to go – in essence how we would like to feel about ourselves.

It aims to bring us in touch with our:

It is through these that we learn to trust our self, life, and the essence in all of us that gives rise to our creativity. The only way we can achieve this is to trust – our self and life – the steps we take.

It is about expanding instead of staying small. It asks us to honour who we are in all the steps we take through life.
