A one-day workshop intended to be a joyful exploration of our creativity. It includes making yoga an integral part of our lives, how to take our inner stillness into all our activities and ways through which we can practice the joy of being.
I laughed, I cried, I played and I learned to open myself up and trust in the wonder of life's journey just that little bit more. Delightful company, stunning environment and gorgeous food... ~ Kathryn Shewring Cooran (Australia)
I learnt many things both about myself and life in general. The many activities allowed the creative juices to flow ……...a wonderful experience. ~ Narelle Griffiths Kin Kin (Australia)
‘It was far more than I expected and I came away with many things - surprise that I could in fact be creative, empowered as my self-love and confidence grew, an expansion of mind and ways to realize self.’ ~ Eileen Jesudason (Singapore)
