How I think determines how I live. This workshop is about self-awareness, cause and effect. It explores the nature of conflict and resolution, choice and consequence. It encourages us to understand our behaviour and how what we think, say and do affects us and others.

In this workshop we also look at setting goal and the positive direction we wish to follow in our life.

Programme Details

Suitable for age 11-18 y.o.  Participants will be grouped within the respective age range of 11-12 y.o,. 13-15 y.o. & 16-18 y.o. Fee is SGD$100 per person.
