According to Paramahamsa Nithyananda, an enlightened master, he recommends that one should take about one month off every year, away from the comfort zone of your lifestyle to experience new dimensions of your being. Once a while, we should 'retire' from life by going away to some places where we are away from our daily routine and social identities.  A retreat is a wonderful way to have a healthy and nurturing time-out from your stressful life.

In a retreat, you re-connect with your body, your inner space and nature or Existence. It brings a tremendous healing to your body, mind and spirit such that you feel re-charged, aware, fresh and alive.
